user license

Can I use one license key to install the program on multiple computers?

No. One License Key can only be used to activate the program on a single computer. If you want to use the program on multiple machines at the same time, you need to buy the appropriate number of separated license.

I haven't received any License Key. What should I do?

First, check your junk mail folder; if there isn't any email with the License Key, or if you have entered your contact information incorrectly during the license registration, send an email to the address entering again the data: First Name and Last Name/Company, Registration ID, Hardware ID (if available), Order Number.

I lost my License Key/Activation Key. How do I retrieve them?

Visit EnzoFleri support center and enter the email address you used for the purchase. Your License Key/Activation Key will be sent to your email address.

Where can I find the Registration ID to register my License?

When the application starts a dialog window will remind you to perform the License registration and activation procedure. The Registration ID is displayed in this registration form.

Where can I find the Hardware ID to activate the program tools?

Click on the button with orange padlock, located on the Special Toolbar, indicated by the red arrow in the figure below, to display the Tools Activation window:

How to run application with administrator privileges?

The application requires you to run it with administrator privileges to function properly.
This error message is displayed when the user who started the program has only basic and non-administrator privileges:

Each user can from time to time choose to run a particular application with administrator privileges or choose to always run it automatically as an administrator.

To ensure that PNG ToolKit is always executed automatically with adiministrator privileges, follow this procedure:

 Put the mouse cursor on the application shortcut on the desktop, press the right mouse button and choose "Properties" in the context menu.

 In the Properties window click on the "Advanced..." button

 Mark on the "Run as administrator" checkbox and then click on the "OK" button to close the window.

 The User Account Control (UAC) of your Operating System may require further confirmation: in this case click on "Continue"

 In the Properties window click on the "Apply" button and then on "OK" to close the window

Now you can automatically run the application with administrator privileges.

When I double click on PNG ToolKit shortcut on my desktop the program doesn't open up and no window is displayed, but the Windows Task Manager shows the PNG ToolKit executable in the currently running processes. What is the reason for this and how can I solve it?

This behaviour can occur in some configurations due to User Account settings; to solve it, you need to run the program with administrator privileges.
